I had no idea that September was National Sewing Month until today! I have to be honest and say that I have not been able to get my sewing machine out in a while. However, I do enjoy sewing and I have made some really cute projects. I wanted to share some of my projects and I hope that you will share some of yours. Let's inspire one another to get our machines out and create something new.
This was a stuffed animal that I made for my daughter who loved owls at the time. This picture is before the stuffing.
I absolutely loved making these chickadees. They were super easy. It was the first sewing project I did with my daughter who now sews better than I do. We were on our
Passport2Purity® girls outing. If you are curious about
Passport2Purity®

This project makes me smile because it was the first sewing project I ever completed by myself.
