Stuck in Ruts

     Sometimes when it comes to my house I get in a rut. Cleaning is the last thing I want to do and when it comes to decorating, organizing or anything other then cleaning, I just don't know where to begin. So I get stuck. When I get stuck, I get lazy and don't want to even try and start a project. I would love to blame this laziness on getting four kids and being overwhelmed. But that's not it.
    My laundry room has been a mess since we moved in to our house almost 3 years ago. I did clean it out really good one time and painted it. For some reason my laundry room also holds my husbands tools. And he is not very organized with them. Thankfully he realized something had to be done about his tools and my laundry room. So he actually got in there and started trying to organize. Then we went to Lowes and bought a bunch of organizational shelves and tools. Now I am so excited to get back to work on my house again. Its almost like the more organized I am the better I feel about cleaning and working in the house. The messier things get the more I don't want to work. You would think it would be the opposite but its not for me.
     I am really excited for my new laundry room. It is about halfway done and I cant wait to see the final product. It also helps that my husband is into this project too!
