sewing attempt 01

     I can sew (a little). I have done mini sewing projects off and on the last 8 years. I am still not comfortable with my sewing machine and whatever I make is far from perfect. But today I did a play vest for my littlest daughter. Her older sisters had vests from girl scouts and her brother was recently given a play vest so she was left out. Since the ladies from church were working on vests for our new children's program on Wednesday nights I snatched one of their patterns. Cut my fabric out and came home to try to master my sewing machine. I think I did an ok job and thought I would share it. At least it was a good practice for me.
