Spaghetti Game

I was trying to get a basket down from my pantry and it had a spaghetti box in it. The box had cracked open and spaghetti noodles fell all over the floor. Since my son who is only 7 was the last one to clean the kitchen floor I was not comfortable with using them to cook and eat. But as I looked at them I thought of a game (pick up sticks). I loved playing pick up sticks. So I put the noodles in a plastic bag and gave them to my kids and showed them how to play. Yeah, they didn't know how to play, crazy huh?? I was so glad when they really enjoyed it and played it for a few hours throughout the week and even asked to play it. So don't throw away fallen noodles!
